Stephen Oertle's legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, product liability, and personal injury defense.  Prior to joining Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell in 2009, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William F. Downes, United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.  Stephen is a former captain in the United States Marine Corps, and a veteran of the war in Iraq.
