Open Positions:

Accounts Payable Clerk
Responsibilities include: 
This position processes invoices, check requests and reimbursement requests for timely payment, while ensuring that documentation and approval is in compliance with firm policies and procedures. The position is also responsible for processing electronic file uploads for client costs and vendor invoices as well as providing excellent customer service to our vendors and firm attorneys, management and staff with respect to accounts payable inquiries.  

Qualifications: 
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a related field.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
• Must be team oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes
• Must be able to multitask, and handle multiple projects
• Must have experience with Microsoft products such as Windows and Office
• Must have strong verbal or written skills
• Proficient data entry skills

Paralegal

Responsibilities include: 

  • Independent case management including document organization, discovery and database management, trial preparation, calendaring/docketing and familiarity with federal and state court rules/procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree,  and a paralegal certificate is preferred
  • Must have minimum of seven years of experience managing all phases of complex litigation including going to trial
  • Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Written Skills; High Attention to Detail, and Ability to multitask and switch between tasks easily.  
  • Competence with Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.  Prior experience with databases’ like Summation, Eclipse, or Relativity preferred
