Angelica Perez’s practice encompasses complex employment and professional liability matters in both state and federal court. She has experience with drafting dispositive motions and briefs. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nina Y. Wang of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and working as a law clerk at WTO for two summers.
Angelica’s first legal experience was during her undergraduate years when she was an administrative legal assistant for a solo-practicing family law and estate planning attorney.

Won decertification of an FLSA collective with 1,300 opt-ins spread over nine states, which had been conditionally certified before we took over the case. The claim against our global healthcare provider client was for overtime due to alleged missed meal breaks.
