Biography

Caley Carlson joined WTO as an associate after working as a summer law clerk at the firm. She has drafted motions—including a motion in limine to exclude irrelevant evidence and a response to a motion for attorneys’ fees—conducted research, and assisted with pro bono cases. She also held summer associate and law clerk roles at another firm.

Caley also has experience working at the Colorado Supreme Court. She was a law clerk for the Honorable Maria E. Berkenkotter and was a legal intern to the Honorable Brian D. Boatright. In addition, she worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Allison Eid of the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and a legal extern at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.
