Biography

Sarah Graves represents clients in complex commercial litigation, employment, and product liability matters. She has handled a wide range of business disputes, employment-related matters involving wrongful termination, wage claims, trade secrets, and antitrust matters. Sarah is highly experienced in researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Before joining WTO, Sarah was an associate in the Denver office of an AmLaw 200 firm. While in law school, she gained valuable experience as an extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Before starting her legal career, Sarah worked in development for a charter school management organization and served as an AmeriCorps volunteer.

  • Obtained dismissal of Title VII employment discrimination claims against a hospital system.
  • Won a motion for partial summary judgement in a trade secrets lawsuit.
