Moore v. Bertuzzi, The Vancouver Canucks Hockey Club et al.
WTK lawyers represented the Vancouver Canucks hockey club and former head coach in a lawsuit brought by Colorado Avalanche player Steven Moore as a result of injuries sustained by Mr. Moore during a hockey game. After an evidentiary hearing, WTK obtained a dismissal of the lawsuit and an award of attorneys' fees and costs in favor of our clients.
