Dave Schaller has a national commercial litigation practice largely focused on the defense of major manufacturers in franchise and distribution-related disputes. He defends his clients effectively and efficiently, and helps them creatively resolve disputes while maintaining beneficial relationships with their distributors.
Dave also has experience with complex civil litigation involving product liability matters, insurance coverage issues, and the defense of contracts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Dave worked for 12 years in business where he developed strong negotiation and management skills. His combined business and litigation skills enable him to successfully represent corporate clients in all manner of commercial, franchise work, premises, and product liability disputes.
