Jessica's legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate level.  Jessica focuses her practice on product liability, class action defense, legal malpractice, insurance defense, and the area of punitive damages law.  Jessica has extensive experience working on a wide variety of dispositive motions and appeals.  She has prevailed on numerous dispositive motions in state and federal court, saving her clients time and money by avoiding trial.  In 2007, Jessica took the lead on five appeals – two each in the Tenth Circuit and the Colorado Court of Appeals, and one in the Arizona Court of Appeals.  Five out of the five appeals have reached decision and all of them resulted in wins for Jessica's clients.
