Intellectual Property
Our IP practice focuses on two areas: protecting companies’ brands and operations through trademark, false advertising, and trade secret litigation, and bringing our trial expertise to IP litigation, where we co-counsel with or replace other firms to resolve matters at or before trial.
Our trademark, false advertising and trade secret work spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, financial services, technology, media, and fashion. We have also argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in copyright litigation related to international trade agreements.
On the trial side, we won a $39 million plaintiff’s jury verdict as co-trial counsel in a patent infringement trial and have resolved numerous cases before trial, including summary judgment for a major telecom provider on the eve of trial.
