Jenny Parker represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals in complex, high-stakes disputes. For more than a decade, Jenny has focused her practice on defending health care providers in New Mexico, one of the most challenging, plaintiff-friendly jurisdictions in the country. She also brings particular expertise to pre-suit investigations, partnering with clients at the earliest stages of potential disputes to evaluate exposure, identify risks, and develop proactive defense strategies, often influencing outcomes before a complaint is ever filed.
Jenny combines strategic judgment, creativity, and efficiency with a meticulous command of the facts and the medicine, no matter how complex. By identifying key issues early and developing targeted litigation strategies, she positions cases for success. Her persuasive motion practice, in particular, has helped clients achieve favorable outcomes through dispositive rulings and negotiated resolutions, avoiding the expense and uncertainty of trial when doing so serves her clients’ goals. At every stage of a dispute, Jenny’s focus remains on achieving her clients’ objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
