Hannah Chapple advises clients on complex civil litigation issues. Her primary practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, legal malpractice, wage and hour class actions, employment discrimination, medical malpractice defense, and pro bono work. Before joining the firm, Hannah gained experience in appellate litigation with the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she collaborated with clients and outside counsel and drafted federal appellate briefs in the Ninth Circuit and an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court involving the ADA, FMLA, and FAA.
Her background also includes roles with the regional firm, Eckert Seamans, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, and the Denver City Attorney’s Office.
Hannah is passionate about serving her community. She has volunteered as a court appointed special advocate for Advocates4Children, which allowed her to hone her ability to make complex legal issues accessible to laypeople as she advocated for young victims and their parents. She currently serves on the board of the Denver Theatre Ensemble.
Hannah's personal interests include skiing, musical theatre, reading, the Colorado Avalanche, and her dog Poppy.
Cases
