Ferha Khan represents clients in complex civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice and professional negligence matters. She has gained experience at all stages of litigation, including conducting and defending depositions, assisting with trial preparation, researching complex legal and medical issues, and drafting dispositive, evidentiary, and other substantive motions. Ferha enjoys analyzing the facts and investigative aspects of each case.
Ferha was a summer law clerk at WTO for both of her summers during law school, where she gained valuable exposure and experience with legal research, writing, and trial preparation. Ferha also gained valuable experience as a legal intern to The Honorable Misha Westby in the Wyoming Second Judicial District.
Ferha is fluent in Pashto and conversational in Urdu. She is an alum of the Law School, Yes We Can! program.
