Frederick Yarger Argues Before U.S. Supreme Court for Fifth Time

National media ranging from Bloomberg Law to Forbes covered our Partner Frederick Yarger, who presented oral argument to the U.S. Supreme Court and defended the enforcement of state tort reform laws in federal litigation. 

It was the fifth time at the U.S. Supreme Court podium for Fred, a former Colorado Solicitor General. The case is Berk v. Choy.
