WTO secures favorable outcome in Colorado real estate trial
On June 8, 2012, Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell lawyers secured a favorable outcome for their client following a five-day jury trial in United States District Court for the District of Colorado. In this case, the plaintiff sought almost $9 million in connection with a personal guaranty that WTO's client had signed to secure financing for a large real estate development project. Although the jury found for the plaintiff, the verdict was just over 10% of the plaintiff's original claim.
