WTO wins crucial New Chrysler dealership trial in Nevada
Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell partner Steve Kelso led a Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell team that won a crucial victory on June 5, 2012 after a three-week franchise trial for Chrysler in Nevada.
Several local dealers had objected to Chrysler's efforts to establish a new dealership in Las Vegas. This was one of the auto manufacturer's first efforts to establish a new dealership after the termination of 800 dealers in the Chrysler bankruptcy reorganization.
The decision was viewed as a test of Chrysler's ability to expand its dealership network.
