WTO Welcomes Two Associates

Denver: Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell is pleased to welcome two new associates. Julian Ellis and Kevin Homiak will focus their practices on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Julian Ellis served as a law clerk to The Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and was a litigation associate at a full-service law firm in Denver. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and an MBA from Valdosta State University, Langdale College of Business.

Prior to joining WTO, Kevin Homiak worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of a leading AmLaw 100 firm. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable James O. Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies from George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
