WTK Manufacturer Client Wins Over $1M on Counterclaim

DENVER - In a commercial lawsuit, WTK represented Thiessen Products, a California corporation that manufactures motorcycle components and tools for Harley-Davidson and other high-end motorcycle builders. A Fort Collins, Colorado company sued Thiessen for over three million dollars, claiming that Thiessen's parts were defective. Thiessen counterclaimed for nonpayment on those same parts. After a trial to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Chief Judge Nottingham entered judgment completely dismissing the plaintiff’s claims and awarding WTK's client over one million dollars on its counterclaim.
