Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Named Best Place to Work in Denver in 2008

DENVER: The nationally recognized civil litigation firm of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP was named the number one Best Place to Work in Denver in the large company category in an annual survey conducted by the Denver Business Journal. The firm made it to the top spot based on the high marks employees gave for the caring attitude that exists at the firm, for the large benefits and little perks the firm provides, and for management's willingness to listen and continuously improve the work environment. Firm chairman Michael O'Donnell cites trying to do the right thing and the smart thing as his personal mantra for leading the firm.  O'Donnell says, "Where those two intersect is where I want our firm to be." Managing partner Hugh Gottschalk cites the charitable foundation established by the firm in 2005 and the supportive responses from firm personnel to employees experiencing trauma in their personal lives as examples of the firm's environment of respect and concern for all. Both O'Donnell and Gottschalk credit the firm's employees for making Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell the Best Place to Work in Denver.
