Wheeler Trigg Kennedy Adds Five Attorneys

DENVER – The Denver-based trial law firm of Wheeler Trigg Kennedy LLP welcomes five new attorneys.
Katherine W. Wittenberg handles complex commercial and product liability litigation, primarily in the automotive and insurance industries. Katherine graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1996 and practiced commercial litigation with Crosby Heafey Roach & May, now Reed Smith, and another law firm in the San Francisco area for the past eight years.
Ben W. Lieberman’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. A 2003 Order of St. Ives graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business, Ben was a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania before joining Wheeler Trigg Kennedy.
Sean G. Saxon practices in the area of product liability litigation, primarily in the pharmaceuticals industry. Sean’s previous litigation experience was with the law firms of Winston & Strawn in Los Angeles and Jones Day in Washington, D.C. Sean also clerked in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee after graduating cum laude from the University of Memphis in 1997.
Andrew H. Myers litigates product liability cases in federal and state court. He has particular experience in the defense of pharmaceutical companies, in addition to previous experience on complex commercial cases involving bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Myers practiced with Arnold & Porter LLP. He is a 2002 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
Bryan D. Cross returns to Wheeler Trigg Kennedy as Special Counsel after leaving to practice law at Brown McCarroll in Texas. Bryan’s practice at Wheeler Trigg Kennedy is concentrated on complex commercial and product liability litigation in the automotive industry. Bryan is a 1995 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law.
