Two Brothers Defeat Third Brother's Breach of Contract Claim

In a breach-of-contract case involving commercial real estate, one brother sued his two business-partner brothers for close to $10M claiming fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment.  WTK represented one of the defendants in this lawsuit filed in Richmond Circuit Court in Virginia.  After a five-day trial, the court concluded that the disgruntled brother was "not credible" and ruled for the two defendants on all counts.
