Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles v. Thiessen Products, 72 Fed.R.Serv.3d 604 (D.Colo. 2008)
WTO represented Thiessen Products, a California corporation that manufactures motorcycle components and tools for Harley-Davidson and other high-end motorcycles. A Colorado company sued Thiessen for over three million dollars, claiming that Thiessen's parts were defective.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado dismissed the plaintiff's claims and, after the trial, awarded WTO's client over one million dollars on its counterclaim for nonpayment on those same parts.
