Thompson's Auto & Truck Center, Inc. v. DaimlerChrysler Motors Company, LLC, Protest No. PR-1965-05 (Cal. NMVB June 16, 2006)

Following a dealer's unauthorized relocation, our client served the dealer with a notice of termination. In the dealer's subsequent protest, the California New Motor Vehicle Board upheld the termination, finding it was based upon good cause.
