Summary Judgment in Insurance Carrier Class Action
WTK won summary judgment for an insurance carrier in a class action in which the plaintiff claimed that our insurer client had deceived and overcharged all of its Colorado auto insurance customers for many years. Although the trial court had certified class claims against another insurer in a similar case, the court granted summary judgment for our client.
