Our client terminated a dealer that had engaged in the unauthorized acquisition and sale of a new line-make of vehicles that was distributed by our client, but was not covered by the existing dealer agreement. The state district court affirmed the ruling of the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles & Public Safety that the dealer's unauthorized sales constituted good cause to terminate its dealer agreement.
