Stephanie Reedy defends clients in federal and state courts across the country, from the earliest stages of litigation through judgment and appeal. Her practice focuses on product liability, torts and commercial litigation, primarily in the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. She has extensive deposition and motions practice experience and has served as a member of several trial teams defending complex pharmaceutical product liability cases. Stephanie is skilled in litigation management and has developed expertise in coordinating the nationwide defense of mass-torts cases in multi-district litigation, directing discovery and the efforts of local counsel, and helping clients streamline their litigation strategies. Stephanie is a member of the WTO national coordinating and trial counsel team that has successfully resolved numerous product liability cases for Guidant Corporation, Advanced Bionics, and Pfizer Inc.
Prior to joining Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell, Stephanie litigated complex commercial and pharmaceutical product liability cases at Arnold & Porter LLP. She also represented clients in general commercial disputes, state and federal antitrust cases, environmental and natural resources actions, and served as pro bono counsel for a number of defendants in immigration and Denver metro-area district courts. Stephanie is committed to pro bono legal work and spent several months litigating human rights and constitutional claims for the Legal Resources Centre in South Africa prior to joining the firm.
