Stearns v. Jetway
FMC Corporation's Jetway division designs and manufactures airplane-passenger boarding bridges. When a competitor claimed that FMC was unfairly monopolizing the worldwide market for this product, our lawyer developed evidence that a superior product, coupled with manufacturing and other business efficiencies, had allowed Jetway to acquire its large market share. The U.S. District Court, Eastern Texas, granted summary judgment to Jetway, and the Fifth Circuit affirmed. We represent FMC for commercial and product liability litigation in 22 states.
