- Successfully defended a national wireless carrier in an eight-figure contract dispute relating to the purchase of a regional wireless network;
- Successfully represented a property developer in an eight-figure commercial dispute with one of the world's largest investment firms;
- Successfully defended a large auto dealership in a consumer class action where the plaintiffs alleged violations of federal law and sought hundreds of millions of dollars in damages;
- Successfully defended a national wireless carrier in a nationwide class action where the plaintiffs claimed that the carrier's billing practices had caused customers almost $100 million in damages;
- Successfully represented an international appliance manufacturer in connection with claims that certain dealers had violated their dealer agreements and failed to pay amounts due and owing;
- Successfully defended an insurance carrier in connection with class claims stemming from the insured trust agent allegedly improperly allowing investors to put tens of millions of dollars into what was later learned to be a ponzi scheme;
- Successfully defended a property owner in disputes with a developer regarding the nature and character of its development;
- Successfully defended a large Denver-based company from claims that it caused a competitor millions of dollars in damages by allegedly improperly interfering with the competitor's business;
- Obtained summary judgment for a trust company and bank alleged to have improperly interfered with business deal pursued by its clients;
- Successfully defended a bank from claims that it improperly disbursed funds and therefore allegedly was responsible for millions of dollars in damages;
- Successfully defended an international oil and gas services company in a contract dispute with an equipment supplier;
- Defeated class certification and obtained summary judgment for a number of insurance companies alleged to have violated Colorado law in selling auto insurance and handling auto insurance claims;
- Successfully defended a national accounting firm from claims that it caused a company millions of dollars in damages;
- Successfully defended a national manufacturing company in a dispute with a key dealer and distributor;
- Successfully represented property owner pursuing fraud and Colorado Consumer Protection Act claims against real estate developer and its agents;
- Successfully defended multiple employees alleged to have misappropriated trade secrets and to have violated non-competition agreements;
- Obtained substantial recovery from ex-employee on behalf of an international energy company;
- Obtained a temporary restraining order permitting a local company engaged in a land-use dispute to remain open at its primary location until the dispute was resolved;
- Successfully defended a regional securities firm against a customer's claim that it had caused the customer millions of dollars in damages;
- Successfully defended a heater manufacturer from claims that its product was defective and caused a damaging fire;
- Successfully defended a large company from claims that it improperly terminated a contractor and owed a significant termination-for-convenience payment; and
- Successfully represented numerous real estate brokers and brokerages in disputes with consumers, other brokers, and other brokerages regarding a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
