Ryan Day's legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Prior to joining Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell in 2011, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William F. Downes, United States District Court for the District of Wyoming and as an intern to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
While in law school, Ryan served as Associate Editor of the
University of Colorado Law Review, won the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition, and was a participant in the 2010 National Moot Court Competition.
