Plaintiff also maintained that a dispute remained concerning the defendant's statutory obligation to pay plaintiff's reasonable attorney's fees, etc., and that Ford's withdrawal was conclusive evidence that good cause to terminate the franchise never existed.  The Board found that, absent a finding of bad faith and absent a finding in favor of plaintiff on the merits, this request must be denied.
