Persuaded Plaintiffs to Dismiss Without Settlement All Claims Against Antidepressant Manufacturer
In two unrelated cases alleging harm caused by a popular antidepressant, we persuaded the plaintiffs to dismiss all of their claims against our client, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, after summary judgment briefing and without any settlement payment to the plaintiffs.
