Negotiated 80% Reduction in Requested Attorneys' Fees Following Nationwide Class Action Settlement
After WTK's lawyers negotiated a nationwide class action settlement on terms favorable to our client, the plaintiffs' lawyers requested an award of attorneys' fees and costs in an amount greater than $12 million. After an evidentiary hearing and special master proceedings, WTK's lawyers negotiated fees that were eighty percent less than the requested amount.
