Miko Ando Brown

Miko Brown's national litigation practice focuses on defending product designers, manufacturers, and retailers in product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial matters. Ms. Brown has handled cases involving a wide variety of products, including automobiles, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial machinery, child restraints, construction equipment, and household accessories. She acts as national and local counsel for a number of companies throughout the United States and has assisted clients with the coordination of their pattern litigation. Using the extensive knowledge she has gained on medical issues, causation, and injury mechanisms in her product liability work, Ms. Brown has also defended medical professionals in malpractice actions.
