Kelly Laudenslager has represented clients in complex commercial, employment, product liability, and medical malpractice matters before federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. She has drafted numerous dispositive motions, motions in limine, and appellate briefs. She has also taken an active role in preparing cases for trial and arbitration, and has examined expert witnesses in both arbitration and court settings.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelly served as law clerk to The Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
While in law school, Kelly was the submissions editor for the
Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She was also a member of the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she successfully represented an inmate claiming violations of his constitutional rights.
