Jury Returns Defense Verdict in $200M Rollover Crash Case
On behalf of an automobile manufacturer and its local dealer, we defended again a plaintiff's claim that a vehicle was defective in its steering and stability, which led to a rollover crash. The plaintiff had asked for more than $200 million in damages. After a two-week trial, a unanimous jury returned a defense verdict.
