Jury Finds for Automobile Manufacturer in Wrongful Death Crashworthiness Case
WTK lawyers defended an international automobile manufacturer in a wrongful death product liability suit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The plaintiff cliamed that the vehicle manufactured by our client was defective and not crashworthy. One of the vehicle's components had been subject to a recall campaign that the plaintiff claimed was related to his cliam. After a three-and-a-half week trial, the jury found in favor of our client on all counts.
