Joe Farchione Joins WTO as a Partner

DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell is pleased to announce that Joe Farchione has joined the firm as a partner effective August 1, 2011.

Joe has 25 years of litigation experience specializing in the defense of healthcare professionals and hospitals in high-exposure medical malpractice cases.  He has tried more than 100 cases across the country for a variety of clients.  Joe serves as co-chairman of the national birth trauma panel for CNA HealthPro and has been selected as a member of national catastrophic medical malpractice teams for several other carriers.  He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honor awarded to the elite trial and appellate lawyers in the country, and has appeared on the Ohio Super Lawyers list each year since 2007.

Joe is a 1984 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a 1987 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.  He co-founded Ohio-based Sutter O'Connell & Farchione where he practiced law from 2002 until joining WTO.

Joe is not currently admitted in Colorado.
