Jeremy Moseley's legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including product liability, professional liability, and intellectual property at both the trial and appellate level. He also has experience in employment litigation, defense of class actions, trademark and patent infringement, and complex business disputes. Mr. Moseley is a member of the WTO national coordinating and trial counsel teams that have successfully defended or resolved numerous claims for Pfizer and GE Healthcare. Prior to joining WTO, Mr. Moseley participated in mediating approximately 200 settlement conferences as Senior Judicial Clerk to Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty.

Mr. Moseley's litigation experience includes:

  • Assisting national resolution counsel for a Fortune 10 client by providing the client with strategic advice, overseeing the evaluation of hundreds of claims, and managing the day-to-day implementation of the client's strategic goals, resulting in the successful resolution of hundreds of millions of dollars in potential claims.
  • Serving as local counsel in state and federal court for several national companies in litigation involving consumer actions and general business disputes.
  • Defending depositions of company witnesses and employees, interviewing witnesses, conducting company investigations, and arguing pretrial motions in state and federal court.
  • Advising clients on matters related to employment, general business disputes, and general litigation in Colorado and Kansas federal courts.
  • Drafting dispositive motions and appeals in state and federal court, including successfully appealing a family law matter of first impression in Kansas state court for a pro bono client.
