Appliance Manufacturer's Brand Protected With TRO Against Appliance Outlet

In a brand-protection case that the firm handled for a well-known appliance manufacturing company, WTK obtained a temporary restraining order in Denver District Court against an appliance retail outlet and its owner after presenting compelling evidence of the defendants' massive fraud against our client and Colorado consumers.
