Estrada v. Nissan North America, Inc.
Putative class action dealing with 1994 Altima airbags. On behalf of our client, we won all three motions, including a motion to strike class allegations, a motion to strike requests for a recall (on preemption grounds), and a demurrer to a ten-count complaint.
