Eghtesad v. DaimlerChrysler, Protest No. PR-1928-04 (Cal. NMVB Dec. 16, 2004)

The dealer filed a protest in an attempt to prevent our client from allowing another dealer from relocating various lines within the protesting dealer's relevant market area. The New Motor Vehicle Board dismissed the protest because it was not timely filed in accordance with the provisions of the statute authorizing a protest.
