DaimlerChrysler Motors Co. v. Granger Motors, Inc.

Our client implemented a nationwide modification to how it defined the sales areas of its dealers. A dealer in Iowa protested the modification. In an administrative proceeding, our client showed the modification was made in accordance with the dealer agreement and established good cause for the modification under the Iowa dealer act.
