Prior to joining WTO, Cynthia practiced at two Denver-based law firms, specializing in corporate employment and securities matters. She also served as in-house counsel for a non-profit financial planning certification organization, prosecuting over 70 administrative and appellate hearings. Cynthia also was a trial attorney for a major insurance company where she litigated all aspects of insurance defense law including product liability, construction defect, and general tort matters.
