Crauwels v. A.B. Volvo

The Plaintiff's motions asserted wrongful death and survival claims concerning an asbestos mesothelioma cancer claim in which the husband of the Plaintiff had died fifteen months prior to the filing of the original complaint.  The complaint, which included language indicating the husband was alive at the time of filing, asserted the cancer had been contracted from unidentified asbestos-containing products used in his work as an automobile mechanic.
