Colorado Pathology Consultants v. PST Services and PST Products
A group of pathologists sued our client PST, a company that provides medical-billing services, for breach of contract, alleging that PST mis-billed or failed to bill insurers for past-due accounts. The trial was held in July 2002 on the issue of the arbitrability of a contract between plaintiff and PST. After the trial was complete, but before the court issued a judgment, the parties reached an amicable settlement of the dispute.
