• Successfully defended a large company from claims that it improperly terminated a contractor and owed a significant termination-for-convenience payment;
• Obtained a temporary restraining order permitting a local company engaged in a land-use dispute to remain open at its primary location until the dispute was resolved;
• Successfully defended a heater manufacturer from claims that its product was defective and caused a damaging fire;
• Successfully defended a regional securities firm against a customer's claim that it had caused the customer millions of dollars in damages;
• Successfully defended a large auto dealership in a consumer class action where the plaintiffs alleged violations of federal law and sought hundreds of millions of dollars in damages; and
• Successfully defended a national accounting firm from claims that it caused a company millions of dollars in damages.
