Jessica's legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate level.  Jessica focuses her practice on product liability, class action defense, legal malpractice, insurance defense, and the area of punitive damages law.  Jessica has extensive experience working on a wide variety of dispositive motions and appeals.  She has prevailed on numerous dispositive motions in state and federal court, saving her clients time and money by avoiding trial.  Jessica is now in her fifth year with the firm.  During that time, in addition to the above, Jessica has taken the lead on seven appeals -- four in the Colorado Court of Appeals, two in the Tenth Circuit, and one in the Arizona Court of Appeals.  All of the appeals have reached decision and have resulted in wins for Jessica's clients.
