Date: 09.12.19

Denver: Benchmark Litigation has named four WTO partners to the publication's annual Under 40 National Stars list including Theresa Wardon Benz, Jeremy Moseley, Joel Neckers, Evan Stephenson, and Drew Unthank. The list recognizes practitioners aged 40 or younger who “frequently handle major cases” and “are ready to take the reins from previous generations.”

“This is well-deserved, national recognition for our young partners,” said WTO Co-Managing Partner Mike Williams. “Across litigation practice areas and industries, WTO’s bench strength is on display.”

The honorees include:

Theresa Wardon Benz – Appellate, General Commercial, Product Liability

Jeremy Moseley - Insurance, Product Liability, Class Action

Joel Neckers – General Commercial, Product Liability, Consumer Class Actions

Evan Stephenson – General Commercial, Insurance

Drew Unthank – General Commercial, Product Liability, Class Actions

Selection to the list is based on extensive research, client engagement, and peer review conducted by Benchmark.
