Anchorage Chrysler Center, Inc. v. DaimlerChrysler Corp., 129 P.3d 905 (Alaska 2006)

Following the establishment of a new Dodge dealership, the pre-existing Dodge dealer sued our client for claims including misrepresentation, breach of contract, and a breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Our client won every claim at trial. On appeal, the Alaska Supreme Court remanded without reversing on any issues or determinations, and required additional findings. Our client won on remand and is defending the case on the second appeal by the dealer.
